Byron Cigars brand is produced in a very limited quantity at a small factory in Costa Rica. Most cigars on the market usually sit in an aging room on average about 60 days. Byron cigars sit in an aging room for period of 1 year. They are then transported to another factory that specializes in quality control of packaging. These elegant cigars are then packed in the ultra luxurious porcelain jars, super elaborate humidors and state-of-the-art cigar humi-tubes. This brand’s packaging is unique to the cigar industry and accordingly very costly to produce.
